NEW VISTA!!

Recently, Microsoft started to sell new computer “Vista”. They decided the name of IE that is loaded into Windows Vista as "Internet Explorer 7+" to divide "IE 7" that is loaded into "Windows XP" clearly. However, they got a lot of criticism, so they decided renewal. Name for version of Windows XP is Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP; name for version of Windows Vista is Windows Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista. I could not feel clear difference between "7" and "7+" and the necessity, but I also admired their interchange. Because computers will keep progressing more and more, it is also decided that their names will be complicated more and more. I think that it is good that such a big company accepted civil opinion and follow it; moreover, I felt glad.

What is SOCIAL ENGINEERING???

Social engineering is study about technology that will help to solve today’s various kinds of problems. The thought depends on the idea that society is one aggregation of individuals; therefore, the movement of society is considered to follow individuals’ movement. For example, social engineering is important to know the key for solving problem of crime or environment that needs majorities’ change. To gather majorities’ opinions, to see them, and to learn from them, for anything of the action, computer technology is necessary. If computer technology was not improved, it could not happen to treat such “many” and “big” thing. I do not know exactly about whether “majority” tell each individual or not, but maybe anything cannot be exception in the social engineering fortunately or unfortunately. However, what we cannot forget is that thanks to the technology, we can guess future a little bit more correctly and know more correct way of solving the problems.

Mac!!

The image that I have about Mac is being friends. Because I asked many users and got many opinions when I tried to decide which personal computers I should buy.
All of Mac users say that Mac is not a machine no more but a friend; moreover, the more they use, the more Macs will become closely. However, I bought Window because I was taught that I will be in danger in University life for problems of few numbers of software. Recently, I learned about Mac. I was surprised that only 3 percent of computer users are Mac users. Because Mr. Poza tells us many advantages of Mac, now, I cannot understand why people do not use Mac. First, there are no viruses yet thanks to lack of users, so security has high quality. Second, support system is very good and reliable; moreover, because it includes “multilingual”, we can fix it wherever and whenever something gets wrong. However, it gets wrong rarely. Finally, as many celebrities use Macs (I knew when I searched a lot for my choice), they excels in working with music or movie. I will major music, so I want Mac!
